At BY TERRY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury beauty purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original luxury box, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the products are securely cushioned.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of inspection.
